It’s time to give to make some Pico de Gallo salsa magic.
- 3 spring onions, chopped.
- Juice of 1 lime.
- 500g of cherry tomatoes, diced.
- 1–2 jalapeno chillies, finely chopped.
- A bunch of coriander, chopped.
- ¼ teaspoon salt.
Add the spring onions and lime juice, then the tomatoes. Gradually add chilli to taste and mix in the coriander. Season with salt and serve within the hour for best results.
You can choose any secret ingredient – some people add cinnamon, garlic, paprika, oregano or a combination of things, but it’s your salsa so you can add what you feel like!
