A group of young men who previously attended the same high school have today engaged in “quality bants” (i.e. banter) about their rivalling colleges.
While walking into the Central Park food court for lunch, “the roasting of the UTS tower” inevitably commenced.
“You’re studying engineering at a Uni that looks like a Jenga Tower, dude.”
“Yeah man. Your Uni looks like a hopeless place where Rihanna found love.”
“Yeah. That’s not a college. That’s a derelict block of flats in London.”
“Hahahaha…is Vicky Pollard from Little Britain going to come out with 8 prams shouting “yeah but no, but yeah, but no, but yeah.”
“It’s either a block of flats or a jail.”
“Oh my god hahaha, you’re right. If we sit outside long enough, we’ll probably see Cassie hanging out her laundry.”
The USYD students couldn’t seem to wrap their heads around the fact that people in the 1960s simply had a different idea of what “modern architecture” meant.
Despite defending the fact that UTS has some of the best nursing, business and science degrees in the country, the UTS comebacks about USYD’s elitist nature and Hogwarts-like castles proved to be fruitless.
Upon noticing the glorious yellow-and-black logo in the corner of the food court, one of the UTS students saw his chance.
“What about Guzzies?”
“We could get Cali Burritos?”
“What are they?”
“A burrito with fries inside.”
“Now THAT’S engineering.”
More to come.
Team UTS: Central Park GYG is located at Central Park (obviously hahaha) and it’s upstairs on Level 2, right next to the outdoor balcony!
Team USYD: Broadway GYG is located at Broadway Shopping Centre in the food precinct on Level 2!
